About Me

Mario Montana

Mario Montana studied Law at University College London, before graduating in 1997 and undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 1998. He was then admitted to the Law Society and is registered as a solicitor with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

His practise of law spans twenty years during which time he has earned a reputation as an efficient, astute, and erudite lawyer. Today his practice is renowned in the areas of Family Law, Commercial Litigation, and Property Law, and his ability to effectively manage contentious and non-contentious issues, resulting in optimal outcomes for his clients, precedes him.

Well respected by his clientele, he is also confidently recommended to the clients of many leading professionals such as accountants, architects, financial advisers, and surveyors in and around London. He has assisted on a wide range of cases, tackling complex issues from a multitude of angles and his clients include individuals, SMEs, professionals, and enterprises of various sizes – traversing a range of sectors.

Mario Montana does not apply one-size-fits-all solutions to issues,

because he knows that each case is as individual as each client that he meets. With this philosophy, he is able to gain a personal understanding of every aspect of the matter so he can apply his extensive knowledge of the law to garner optimal results, both inside and outside of court. His case and customer-centric approach is unique and is one of the many benefits of working with Mario Montana Solicitors – as opposed to a larger corporate firm.
